No More

I don't think I'm going to blog The View anymore. Maybe, if there's something important to say (imho), I'll blog. But for the past year - ever since the election - there isn't really much to blog about.

If anyone is out there who is interested it blogging here, let me know. I'll make you a guest blogger, or whatever. But you'll have to be good at it (imho) or I'll unguest you.

Roll Call: Whoopi, Joy, Sherri, Elisabeth, Barbara

Bill Pullman and Julia Stiles were on to promote a play they're doing called Oleanna.

Pat and Gina Neely were on to promote a cookbook, Down Home with the Neelys: A Southern Family Cookbook based on their TV show, Down Home with the Neelys, on the Food Network.

Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dr. Kristi Funk was on to discuss breast cancer prevention and detection. To help fund mammograms for free, click here.

A note from the left side of my brain: all of the co-hosts were evenly spaced at the table today. I was pleased.

Roll Call: Whoopi, Joy, Sherri, Barbara

Today Barbara mentioned that Elisabeth will be back on the show on Monday.

Sela Ward was on to promote her new movie thriller, The Stepfather.

"Psychic" Laurie Levin was on with a new book, God, the Universe, and Where I Fit In.

Barbara was very skeptical of Laurie Levin. Apparently Barbara had a reading awhile back in which Ms Levin told her to go home and look on her nightstand, where she would find something very meaningful. (Not the exact words used.) Well, Barbara said she did that and found nothing. Of course, Ms Levin had and explanation. All psychics are well versed in excuses!

Comic Greg Proops was on to promote a new show he is doing with Whoopi called Head Games. It can be seen on the Science Channel on Saturday at "9:00 p.m." Quotes because that 's what the website says (click on the links to learn more). It's a trivia show based on science, but not with real tough questions. Anyone can play!
